This policy explains what Sisukas 2 LLC, doing business as The Proper Company (“The Proper Company,” “we,” “us”), collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers trustproper.com and the services we provide. We’ve written it in plain English on purpose.
What we collect
- Contact info — your name, service address, email, and phone number when you request a quote, book service, or reach out.
- Service details — your property’s service history, plus notes and photos our crew takes of your lawn and landscape (exterior only) to document conditions and the work we do.
- Payment info — handled securely by our payment processor. We don’t store full card numbers.
- Website basics — standard analytics like pages visited and device type, collected through cookies.
How we use it
- To provide, schedule, and improve your service.
- To send quotes, invoices, and receipts.
- To send service updates — appointment confirmations, on-the-way notices, visit summaries, and notes about conditions we spot on your property.
- To keep business records and meet legal requirements.
We don’t sell your information. Ever.
Text messages
By providing your phone number — through a quote request, booking, or by texting us — you agree to receive service-related text messages from The Proper Company. These include scheduling and appointment updates, invoices, and notes about your property. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@trustproper.com or (813) 997-6166.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will never be sold, shared, or transferred to any third party. We may share phone numbers with the service providers that operate our scheduling and messaging systems, solely so they can deliver messages on our behalf.
Who we share information with
- Service providers — the platforms that power our scheduling, messaging, email, and payments. They get only what they need to do their jobs, and they can’t use your info for their own purposes.
- Legal reasons — if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, customers, or crew.
- Business changes — if our business is ever sold or merged, customer information would transfer as part of that.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP, or unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. We may still send messages needed to serve your account, like invoices.
- Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it — just email hello@trustproper.com. We’ll take care of it unless we’re required to keep something (like tax records).
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as we need it for service, records, or legal reasons. No system is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we take it seriously.
Children
Our services and website aren’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
